Campaign Strategy

At the end of 2022 a local dental office with multiple locations came to us seeking help improving their marketing efforts. With a monthly budget of $1,750, we recommended a comprehensive paid search marketing strategy to increase calls and website form submissions from new patients.

In addition to creating a localized “Dentist Office” campaign for each office, we also created several procedure specific campaigns. Since launching the campaigns at the beginning of 2023, they have added two additional offices and increased their Ad Spend to $2,450/month.

Paid Search Performance

While marketing goals have shifted and office-to-office priorities have changed since first launching the paid search campaigns, lead volume has consistently increased year-over-year.

In the first year of managing their Google Ads Paid Search campaigns, total website contact form submissions doubled from 1,030 to 2,013. The following year there were 2,707 total form submissions. More importantly, form submissions from new patients increased from 684 in 2022 to 1,457 in 2023 to 1,903 in 2024.

Q1 2025 was by far the best quarter for campaign performance yet, with 104 more conversions than the next best quarter (442 vs. 338 in Q3 2024). The conversion rate for the Paid Search campaigns is up to 16.67% in 2025, compared to 13.35% in 2024 and 12.59% in 2023.
